Today, we’re getting right into the option flow analysis to see what the smart money is up to. But before we use the scanner to check the sentiment, we want to share market view on the Google earnings report.
Revenue: Expected to hit $111 billion (up roughly 10% from the previous quarter).
EPS: Consensus estimate is around $2.58 - $2.64.
Market Move: Options pricing implies a stock price swing of about 5.5% (roughly $19) following the report.
AI Monetization: Investors want proof that the heavy spending on Gemini and AI infrastructure is actually driving revenue, specifically within Search and Workspace.
Cloud Acceleration: Google Cloud is the “star” right now, with expectations for over 35% year-over-year growth. Any miss here could hurt the stock, even if other numbers are good.
Total GEX is positive, with a significant cluster at the $350 strike—just above the current price. This suggests traders remain bullish, especially with put gamma staying relatively low even on far out-of-the-money strikes.
