Sadly, the 10- and 20-day moving averages on the SPX and QQQ didn’t hold, and we closed on weakness. This is not a good time to open too many new long trades. The psychology is simple: wait for confirmation from buyers that it’s safe to go long. Otherwise, the dip might keep dipping, and you’ll run out of money before we reach the bottom—just a simple rule of precaution. Also pay attention to the strong players, those will bounce much easier and with more force than stocks that are week.
